Ha 博士是紐卡斯爾大學新加坡校區(qū)和澳洲校區(qū)的高級講師。她負責紐卡斯爾大學新加坡校區(qū)的工商管理碩士課程，商務學士課程。她是國際貨幣基金組織電子圖書館論壇中關于能源政策話題的主持人之一。她以前的職位包括院長、研究與發(fā)展部主任、總編輯、執(zhí)行總監(jiān)、業(yè)務發(fā)展經(jīng)理等。她擁有澳大利亞莫納什大學的博士學位和新加坡國立大學的李光耀公共政策學院的碩士學位。她獲得莫納什大學的博士獎學金，新加坡國立大學的淡馬錫獎學金，并榮獲聯(lián)合國國際領導學院的獎學金，以及許多其他的獎學金和學術(shù)獎項，并獲得相關的研究經(jīng)費。

　　Profile of Dr. Huong Ha

　　Dr. Huong Ha is a senior lecturer at UON Singapore and University of Newcastle, Australia. She is in charge of the MBA, Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Commerce programs at UON Singapore. She has been one of the moderators’ of the IMF e-library forum on energy policy. Her previous positions include Dean, Director of Research and Development, Deputy Course Director, Chief Editor, Executive Director, Business Development manager, etc. She holds a PhD from Monash University (Australia) and a Master’s degree from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. She was a recipient of a PhD scholarship (Monash University), Temasek scholarship (National University of Singapore), and a scholarship awarded by the United Nations University/ International Leadership Academy, and many other scholarships, professional and academic awards, and research related grants. She was a subject of biography in the Who’s Who of the World, 1999 – 2000; Who’s Who in Asia Pacific, 1999 - 2000 and Who’s Who in Vietnam, 1998 – 1999 by Barons Who’s Who, USA; and was invited to be included in Who’s Who of Asia/Pacific, Vol. IV, 2002 by Rifacimento International, India.
