留學研究生澳洲法學專業碩士課程時長一般是1年制，通常需要法律專業背景，有的學校要求honours degree in Law，比如UNIMelb、UQ。Master of Laws通常設立較多的Major方向，但是LLM不能考取律師資格證，在澳洲做不了律師。
